TBT GROUP INC in Bellmawr, NJ is seeking a skilled Powder Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role focuses on production processes in a fast-paced environment where precision matters.

The position offers a shift differential of $0.50 and provides comprehensive PPE, supporting a safe and productive workplace. Applicants should be able to read blueprints, use calipers and micrometers, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specs.
• Experience using calipers and micrometers for precise measurements.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Operate powder press machinery to produce parts to exact specifications.
• Monitor press settings, tooling, and die setups for consistent quality.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks on finished parts with measuring tools.
• Adjust machine parameters such as pressure, speed, and feed rates as needed.
• Conduct routine equipment maintenance and promptly report issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with safety standards.
• Accurately document production output, downtime, and quality control records.
