TBT GROUP INC in Bellmawr, NJ is seeking a QC Lab Tech Operator to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role is a key part of our production process in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. If you take pride in precision work and have a passion for manufacturing, we want to hear from you!

Shift Differential: $.50 and PPE provided (lab coats, gloves, safety glasses, respirator). The role requires operating lab equipment, performing inspections, recording results, and supporting production

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand technical specifications.
• Experience with laboratory equipment preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections and laboratory testing to ensure materials, components, and finished products meet specifications.
• Operate laboratory testing equipment and measuring instruments to evaluate product dimensions and performance.
• Inspect components for defects and deviations from requirements.
• Measure dimensions using calipers, micrometers and other precision tools.
• Record results and maintain quality documentation.
• Identify and report defects and discrepancies to supervisors.
• Ensure equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with investigating quality issues and potential causes.
