Job summary

Advanced Coatings Inc. (ACI) is seeking a Team Leader for the Powder Line on 2nd shift at our Oshkosh, WI facility. You will oversee painters and hanger/packers, assign daily tasks, and manage the day-to-day schedule to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in manufacturing, paint shop knowledge, strong communication skills, and a background in training others. You will coach team members, monitor performance, and collaborate with HR on development and disciplinary

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Past experience as a trainer or in training roles preferred.
• Paint shop experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee painters and hanger/packers and assign daily tasks.
• Execute day-to-day schedule and manage changing customer needs daily.
• Delegate tasks to teammates and ensure deadlines are met.
• Oversee day-to-day paint operations on the powder line.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
• Identify training needs and provide coaching and development.
• Collaborate with leadership and HR on disciplinary actions and development.
• Visually inspect parts for quality prior to packaging.
• Assist with training new hires and other employees as needed.
• Work in the powder line as needed.
