Job summary

Advanced Coatings Inc. in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Powder Painter on 2nd shift to paint a variety of parts and maintain a clean powder booth. You will set up color changes, create color change recipes, and document inventory movements with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills required.

Responsibilities

• Paint a variety of both large and small parts.
• Set up color changes and create color change recipes to ensure appropriate color.
• Maintain a clean powder booth especially after a color change.
• Adjust spray guns to obtain the best finish requirements and economy.
• Document all inventory movements and complete correct computer entries for all inventory transactions.
• Visually check parts for defects/craftsmanship prior to packing.
• Clean tool and booth at the end of each shift.
• Problem solve and troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate with team members daily.
• Other duties as assigned.
