Location: Roanoke, VA Shift: 2nd Shift Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Powder Coat Painter to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal parts and products while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to all safety procedures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare metal surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, masking, sanding, and inspecting materials.
• Apply powder coating to parts and products using spray equipment and established procedures.
• Ensure proper coverage, thickness, and finish quality of coated products.
• Load and unload materials from paint lines, racks, and curing ovens.
• Inspect finished products for quality, appearance, and compliance with specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of powder coating equipment and work areas.
