Job summary

Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Packer to operate 14 packaging stations, fill boxes with Carbopol powder, and maintain a clean, safe work area. You will adjust weights, assemble materials, and monitor equipment to ensure efficient packaging processes.

A strong work ethic and clear English communication are essential as part of a safety-first manufacturing team. Experience with packaging lines and basic maintenance is a plus; candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED.
  • Must have strong work ethic, professional attitude, reliability and be detail oriented.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Operate 14 packaging stations to package product for shipment.
  • Package Carbopol powder into lined boxes and maintain clean packing area.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and report incidents as required.
  • Fill boxes to meet established weights and productivity standards.
  • Adjust box contents to prescribed weights.
  • Assemble and transport boxes.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot equipment to optimize performance.
  • Sample product and run labels for lab testing.
  • Perform minor maintenance and lubrication of packaging equipment.
  • Tare and calibrate scales.
