Job summary

Agri-Mark, Inc./Cabot Creamery is seeking a regular, full-time Powder Machine Operator for third shift (11pm-7am) in West Springfield, MA. The role includes packaging powder to type with accurate weights, testing lab samples, and ensuring 100% seal integrity, with a 10% shift differential on third shift.

Overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts may be required. Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma (or GED/HiSet) and experience operating machinery in manufacturing; food industry

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HiSet is required.
• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Food industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate carousel bagger and tote filler to ensure powder bags are consistent in weight and air evacuation.
• Perform routine operator maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain and clean bag sealer for optimum performance.
• Perform metal checks according to SOP.
• Properly sample and maintain lot integrity.
• Verify all required documents are filled out accurately per Safety/SQF procedures.
