Job summary

FUJIFILM Biosciences in Santa Ana, CA is hiring a Powder Milling & Cleaning Tech for the 3rd shift (9:00pm-5:30am). You will operate milling systems and blenders, perform line clearances, and ensure proper sample handling for QC.

The role requires basic cgmp knowledge and 1-2 years of hands-on experience in relevant industries. The position offers a competitive base hourly pay in California and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of hands-on experience in relevant environments (medical devices, diagnostics, pharma, or related fields).
Basic knowledge of chemical handling and lab safety (cgmp awareness).
Able to communicate effectively in English (reading/writing).

Responsibilities

Operate milling systems (impact, ball, and jar mills) and large-volume blender safely and efficiently.
Record weights in batch records using Mettler-Toledo IND780 with SAP ERP integration.
Perform line clearance at milling start and obtain samples for QC.
Maintain logs, equipment and supplies, and ensure proper chemical storage and labeling.
Participate in 6S program and follow safety procedures.
Assist with cleaning of mills, IBCs, and related equipment.
