Job summary

FUJIFILM Biosciences in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Powder Milling & Cleaning Tech for 3rd shift (9:00pm–5:30am). You will operate milling systems, manage batch records with SAP, and ensure proper cleaning and line clearances.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of hands-on experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or pharma environments, and strong GMP knowledge. The role requires attention to safety, documentation, and inventory of supplies.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Good understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
• Working knowledge of metric system.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates milling systems (impact, ball, jar mills) and large volume blender.
• Uses SAP ERP with Mettler-Toledo IND780 to ensure correct batch weights.
• Performs line clearance at the start of milling events and documents results.
• Obtains samples and forwards to QC as required.
• Maintains logs and documentation; ensures chemicals are stored and labeled properly.
