Job summary

Weber Specialties Company in Michigan is seeking a detail-oriented team member to offload and pack parts painted on the powder coating line. You will perform quality checks, track downtime and counts, and help on pre-racking as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Offloads and packs parts painted on the powder coating line.
• Perform quality checks such as Mil Thickness and Gloss tests.
• Visually inspect parts for defects and alert non-conformances.
• Assist with pre-racking parts as needed.
• Complete downtime tracking and scrap tags; maintain accurate documentation.
• Look for ways to improve line capacity and quality.
• May work off shifts as needed.
