Weber Specialties Company in Michigan seeks a line packer to offload, pack, and skid painted parts from the powder coating line, performing quality checks and recording quantities.

Overtime including weekends may be required; role requires standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and teamwork to keep line efficiency and product quality high.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read safety rules and procedures.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to document downtime and quantities.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Offload parts and pack/skid per thePaint Line Schedule.
• Perform quality checks and report non-conformances.
• Maintain accurate logs for downtime, parts offloaded and quantities.
• Fills in at other work areas as needed and collaborates with teammates.
