Job summary

TREW LLC is seeking a Paint line helper/loader in Chicago, IL, focused on safe, efficient movement of parts onto and off the powder coating line. You will ensure proper part presentation for coating and support line throughput while upholding quality standards.

Responsibilities include hanging parts on overhead racks, maintaining orientation and spacing for uniform coating, inspections, and safe operation of tools and equipment. High school diploma required.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Hang parts onto overhead conveyor racks per standards.
• Ensure proper orientation and spacing for coating coverage.
• Follow standards and specifications; drive line balancing and volume loading of parts.
• Select and use appropriate hooks, racks, and fixturing.
• Maintain consistent feed rate to support line throughput targets.
• Safely remove coated parts from conveyor after curing.
• Stage or package parts for next operation.
• Minimize down time and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
• Ensure tools and equipment are in good working order and arrange for maintenance.
• Segregate non-conforming parts for rework.
• Monitor and ensure painted parts meet quality standards for orientation, density, and inspection.
