Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ R&D Chemistry Formulation experience in Powder Coatings.
• Experience working in a powder coatings manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop new coating formulations for various industry segments.
• Adjust product formulation to meet customer specifications.
• Support QC and Manufacturing with troubleshooting product processing.
• Prepare reports on physical and analytical testing.
• Interface with Sales, Technical Service, and Customers on projects.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot formulations for efficiency and cost savings.
• Supervise and direct work of a small team.
• Assist with project reviews and safety inspections.
