Ad-Tech Industries in Beaver Dam, WI is hiring a Painter Trainee / Powder Painter for the 2nd shift. No previous powder coating experience is required—we're willing to train the right candidate and start you on a rewarding manufacturing career.

As part of the Powder Paint Department, you will apply powder coating, inspect finished parts, follow safety procedures, and learn on the job with opportunities to advance. Competitive pay starts at $18.00/hour with benefits and training support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No prior powder coating experience required; training provided.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Apply powder coating using handheld spray equipment on a moving line.
• Read and interpret work orders, paint codes, and production instructions.
• Inspect parts before and after painting to ensure quality standards.
• Monitor paint coverage and identify defects.
• Adjust equipment to maintain consistent quality.
• Maintain and clean paint equipment and work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
