Job summary

Ad-Tech Coating Solutions in Watertown, WI is seeking a Powder Coat Line Technician for the 2nd shift. The role involves prepping and hanging parts on a moving coating line while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards in a 40-hour, in-person work week.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM with occasional Saturdays. Must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and prefer at least 1 year of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• 1 year of manufacturing experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders.
• Stage and prep parts prior to coating.
• Hang and mask parts on a moving line.
• Hand wash and pre-paint surface prep.
• Stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
