Job summary

Anchor Bay Powder Coat, a small powder coating shop in Michigan, is hiring for a full-time production role. You will start in one area and may cross-train into others as needed, with on-the-job training and safety-focused work.

We offer 1st and 2nd shift options and overtime based on production needs. Expect to work in areas like Part Prep, Sandblasting, Loading/Unloading, Quality Inspection, and Coating/Line operations after training.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift 40+ lbs repeatedly.
• Able to stand, walk, and bend for full shift.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Safety-minded and PPE capable.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and wear PPE.
• Read work orders and complete production paperwork.
• Keep area clean, organized and safe; participate in 6S.
• Speak up about quality issues or safety concerns.
• Work with supervisor and teammates to fulfill orders on time.
