Qualifications

• Powder coating experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sheet metal parts for powder coating.
• Clean, inspect, and prep surfaces prior to coating.
• Operate and monitor powder coating equipment.
• Apply coating per specifications.
• Inspect finished parts for coverage, color, and thickness.
• Load/unload parts from the line and racks.
• Identify defects and adjust as needed.
• Maintain coating settings and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Complete production documentation as required.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules.
