Job summary

• Acknowledge and use process cards as part of job function.
• Learn & understand daily production schedules
• Lean & understand recipe on I controls , adjust powder guns for proper application process.
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Operation of the powder gun equipment.

• Ability to conduct or learn to conduct mil thickness inspections.
• Ability to conduct or learn to conduct cure and adhesion testing.
• Follow Winona Quality policy and procedures.
• Maintains acceptable housekeeping in areas of responsibility.
