HuFriedyGroup is hiring a Paint Technician to operate powder coating equipment and manage parts through curing. You will read work orders, document activity in SAP, inspect coatings for quality, and maintain a clean, safe work area to meet production goals.

Qualificações

• Experience with powder coating or similar manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Visual Management, waste elimination, root cause problem solving).
• Familiarity with SAP (hands-on training).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Operate manual and automated powder coating equipment per instructions and specs.
• Prepare, position, and place coated parts into the curing oven and handle them through the process.
• Read work orders and drawings; record production activity in SAP.
• Inspect finished components; verify coating thickness meets specs.
• Maintain a safe, clean 5S-compliant work area and use PPE as required.
• Coordinate workflow to support production demand and coverage for absenteeism.
