Qualifications

• Experience in powder coating or spray painting in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Knowledge of powder coating materials, processes and equipment.
• Ability to follow safety and quality standards and to troubleshoot coating systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the powder coating line to meet specifications (temperature, time, coating thickness).
• Apply powder coating materials using electrostatic guns for even coverage.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure a uniform, high-quality finish.
