Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in industrial coatings preferred.
• Knowledge of ITAR requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces to be coated and mask as needed.
• Hang parts for efficient coating operations.
• Set up and maintain coating equipment (spray guns, booth, filters).
• Apply ceramic or powder coatings per specifications and ensure even coverage.
• Perform quality checks on finished parts and package for shipment.
