Job summary

Virnig Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Powder Coating Painter to apply powder coatings, load parts, and perform final assembly on a production line. The role supports safety and quality standards while enabling efficient workflow across shifts.

The ideal candidate will have powder coating experience, basic ERP familiarity, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, with a strong emphasis on attendance and team collaboration. Night shifts offered with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in powder coating, industrial painting, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety rules, and quality standards.
• Basic computer skills and ERP familiarity preferred.
• Certified or eligible for forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Apply powder paint to products per specifications and quality standards.
• Assist with loading/unloading parts onto the powder coating line.
• Perform final assembly of painted products.
• Sandblast parts as required.
• Use ERP to track part flow and inventory.
