Rustica Hardware in Springville, UT is seeking a Powder Coating Specialist to join our manufacturing team. You will operate the electrostatic spray booth, mix and apply powder coatings, and maintain the coating line to ensure quality finishes.

This full-time role requires attention to safety, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the discipline to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced metal shop environment.

Qualifications

• Previous powder coating experience preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse and metal shop environments.
• Knowledge of equipment safety standards and procedures.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate electrostatic powder coating spray booth according to specification.
• Identify, pick and return powder boxes correctly according to work schedule.
• Demonstrate ability to spray powder to correct thickness range.
• Spray a range of surfaces and profiles to a good standard.
• Clean and maintain spray guns and booths per instructions.
• Provide maintenance to powder coating line and booths.
• Prepare powder coating line prior to coating process.
• Maintain a safe and clean workstation adhering to safety policies.
