Job summary

Lippert in Goshen is seeking a team member to complete the main powder coating process on 1st and 2nd shifts at the Goshen Plant. The role requires moving sandblasted chassis into the paint booth, preparing surfaces, and applying coatings according to approved procedures.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and may need lift truck experience. The environment is manufacturing-focused with a need for teamwork, safety, and reliable performance.

Summary/Objective

4. Upkeep of coating equipment to ensure daily functionality.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

This is a full-time hourly position for 1st and 2nd shifts located in the Goshen Plant.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance
