Job summary

Keystone Koating is hiring production team members to support fast-paced, detail-focused powder coating processes. The role emphasizes careful loading/unloading, adherence to procedures, and collaboration across primer, topcoat, and blast areas.

You'll contribute to a safe, quality-driven environment with on-the-job training and opportunities for growth within the shop. The schedule is full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Inspect each part during loading for rust or damage and ensure efficient hanging.
• Inspect parts after unloading for coating quality and pack securely for transit.
• Assist in Primer booth, Topcoat, and Blast room as training opportunities allow.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Able to follow standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to a respectful, team-oriented work atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Handle parts loading and unloading with care to maintain coating integrity.
• Support assembly of coating operations in primer, topcoat, and blasting areas as needed.
