Job summary

Keystone Koating in Lancaster County, PA is hiring a Spray Room Operator to join our fast-paced, hand-on team focused on top-notch coating quality. You will spray products to industry-leading standards and help maintain safe, efficient operations.

We value eye for detail, a team attitude, and the ability to follow SOPs. Expect regular training, a daytime schedule Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and benefits after 30 days with a 401(k) match after 90 days.
