Life Fitness / Hammer Strength in Owatonna, MN is seeking a Powder Coating Operator on the 1st shift. You will prepare, coat, and inspect parts to help deliver the quality our customers expect.

The role offers a four-day workweek (Mon-Thu, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM), overtime opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including a production bonus plan, 401(k) with match, and on-site fitness center access. What You'll Do

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Work near moving equipment
• Frequently lift up to 35 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Reaching and repetitive motion
• Noisy environment; ear protection required

Your base wage will be between $19.00 - $22.13 per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. The actual wage offer will be based on qualifications, experience, location, and other relevant factors. You'll have the opportunity to participate in the Production Bonus Plan, which provides opportunities to earn additional compensation based on performance metrics. Bonus eligibility is subject to meeting certain production goals and other criteria as outlined.
