Job summary

Life Fitness is seeking equipment manufacturing staff in Minnesota to prepare parts for powder coating on a four-day week. You’ll mask, load/unload, buff, and remove weld spatter while ensuring painted parts meet quality standards.

Join a team focused on safety and accuracy, with strong emphasis on following English production documentation and procedures. This role offers on-site facilities and overtime opportunities.

Your base wage will be between $19.00 - $22.13 per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. The actual wage offer will be based on qualifications, experience, location, and other relevant factors.
