Job summary

BRT EXTRUSIONS INC in Niles, Ohio is seeking a Powder Coat Line Manager to lead the operations of their paint line and manage a team of coating specialists. This role requires strong leadership and extensive knowledge of powder coating processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial powder coating or paint line operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of powder coating processes, equipment, and best practices.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead paint line, thermal, and powder coating team members.
• Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of powder coating booths.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and industry standards.
• Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Enforce OSHA, EPA, and company-specific safety policies.
