Job summary

Precision Manufacturing is hiring to operate our powder-coating line in Brooten, Minnesota. This full-time day-shift role pays $20–$30 per hour based on experience and ability. The position is located at 850 State Hwy 55, and runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.

to 2:30 p.m. You will operate the powder-coating line, wash and prepare parts, hang, mask, apply powder, inspect quality, and keep the line and inventory running smoothly.

• Willingness to take responsibility for coating quality and line operation

Responsibilities

• Operate the continuous overhead hook line and integrated batch powder-coating system.
• Wash and prepare parts for coating.
• Hang parts, mask, and plug holes.
• Apply powder and remove finished parts.
• Inspect coating quality to meet specifications.
• Keep the line running smoothly and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Stock completed parts and maintain accurate inventory.
