Job summary

Workplace Modular Systems in Londonderry, NH is seeking a hands-on Powder Coat Technician to apply durable finishes to metal components. You will load the paint line, apply powder coating, inspect finished parts, and ensure accurate packaging per order specifications.

The ideal candidate will be detail-focused, a fast learner, and able to work well in a team while adhering to safety and PPE requirements in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Follow work orders accurately and catch quality issues early.
• Maintain strong attendance, punctuality, and pace in a fast-moving environment.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
• Stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Select and stage metal parts per work orders for the paint line.
• Hang hooks and jigging on the moving conveyor during loading.
• Apply powder coating and manage color changes for proper coverage.
• Inspect painted parts for quality and package finished products per specs.
• Read and follow work orders to ensure correct parts, finishes and quantities.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow PPE policies.
• Cross-train and support other departments as production demands shift.
