Weber Specialties Company is seeking a detail‑oriented Offload/Pack Operator to handle painted parts coming off a powder coating line. You will offload, pack, and skid parts, conduct basic quality checks, and maintain accurate production records.

The role supports multiple areas and may require overtime, including on weekends. Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), and may have 1–3 months of related experience.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Aufgaben

• Offload parts from racks on the line based on the Paint Line Schedule and pack/ skid with quality checks (Mil Thickness, Gloss).
• Visually inspect for defects and alert supervisor on non-conformances.
• Assist with pre-racking parts as needed and complete all work documentation (downtime, quantities, scrap tags).
• Work with teammates and fill in at other areas as needed; look for ways to improve line capacity and quality.
• May work off shifts; other duties may be assigned.
