Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Powder Coater Painter in Hamilton, OH for a 1st shift position. You will operate the powder coat system, load powder, spray products, and prepare parts for coating while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires experience in painting or powder coating or completion of trade school, plus mechanical aptitude and ability to lift up to 35 lbs. OT on Fridays may be possible.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in painting, powder coating, or completion of trade school.
• Ability to perform standard math calculations for machine adjustments.
• Mechanical skills with tools and machinery, adaptable to repairs.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.

Responsibilities

• Operate the powder coat system, including loading powder and spraying products.
• Hang and unhang products for coating and ensure proper oven operation.
• Perform setup tasks such as changing powders and adjusting equipment.
• Maintain conformance with quality specifications and standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting, maintenance, and training others in powder coating operations.
