Job summary

Stulz Gmbh is seeking a production associate to prepare surfaces for powder coating and support the finishing line with safe, efficient practices. Tasks include cleaning, rust removal, and labeling parts for stock, while maintaining protective breathing equipment and safety procedures.

The role requires hanging materials for booth coating, following work instructions, and performing other duties as assigned to ensure steady production and quality compliance. Safety awareness is essential.

Qualifications

  • Basic arithmetic for measurements and quantities.

Responsibilities

  • Label finished materials with correct part numbers for stock.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Must be familiar with the storage, care, handling, and use of breathing equipment.
  • Cleans grease and dirt from product.
  • Removes rust from metal with acid, wire brush, or steel wool.
  • Hangs materials to trolley into booth for coating.
  • Labels finished materials with correct part numbers, for delivery to stock.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
  • Must complete and pass respiratory program prior to performing tasks related to mixing or applying chemicals or powder. The employee must be able to maintain a passing status in this program.
Language Skills:
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules.
  • Ability to read and understand English instructions.
  • Ability to speak effectively with employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers & common fractions.
