Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. is seeking a shift-based Coating Technician in Noblesville, IN. The role involves preparing surfaces, applying a variety of coatings and textures to parts per specifications, and ensuring quality through test equipment and inspection.

The position runs first shift, Monday to Friday with possible Saturday OT, from 5:00am to 3:00pm, paying $16.00 per hour base depending on experience. Safety guidelines must be followed at all times and knowledge of the powder coat process is

Job Duties

• Prepare surfaces and apply a variety of coatings and textures to parts or products per specifications.
• Will use test equipment to determine quality of paint finish and solve problems if needed.
• Requires complete knowledge of powder coat application process.
• Will read and interpret work orders.
• Must practice Company Safety Guidelines for all areas.

Physical Requirements

Physical requirements include the ability to walk and stand the entire shift, arm and hand mobility, lifting a maximum of 60 lbs. intermittently#Anderson
