Job summary

Dark Threat Fabrication LLC in Arkansas is seeking a Powder Coater to join our manufacturing team. You will operate powder coating equipment, prep parts, and ensure coatings meet quality standards while maintaining a clean work area.

Responsibilities include hang and de-hang parts, perform routine maintenance, and comply with safety policies. The ideal candidate has production or manufacturing experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in production or manufacturing or related fields.
• Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and clean the powder coating work area.
• Hang and de-hang parts for coating.
• Prep work and prep wash prior to coating.
• Powdercoat components to meet quality standards.
• Push and pull racks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Complete work orders in a timely fashion.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate organizational skills and teamwork.
• Follow directions and adapt to climate changes.
• Advance with on-the-job training.
