• Demonstrable experience in powder coating, paint shop operations, or manufacturing.
• Ability to work independently and to problem solve.
• Physical capability to lift/move items over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Apply various coating techniques effectively.
• Operate coating equipment and troubleshoot issues.
