Job summary

A-dec is seeking a Powder Coat Technician II to perform routine coating and finishing tasks in our production environment. You will prep, paint, and inspect parts, following blueprints and quality guidelines while working with a team in a fast-paced facility.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and collaboration to ensure high-quality finishes and efficient production. Training on processes and PPE use is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate in English with ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity.
• Basic knowledge of ISO procedures.
• Able to inspect work using blueprints and measuring tools.
• Knowledge of common tooling types and materials.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate painting equipment in production area; perform prep and packaging tasks.
• Inspect work to meet quality/productivity standards and follow safety guidelines.
• Interpret blueprints and method sheets to standard.
• Safely route parts using material handling equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement; update processes and fixtures as needed.
• Maintain neat, organized workstation with team cooperation.
