Job summary

G-A-Richards-Plant-2-LLC in Michigan is hiring for a paint line role, starting on a production line and progressing to learning powder coat painting. You will hang and unhang parts, following standard procedures and safety rules on a fast-moving line.

The shift is 4:30 AM to 1:00 PM with overtime. Pay ranges from $16/hr for entry level to $18/hr with relevant experience; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, sick time and PTO after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Requires the ability to follow demonstrated instructions and no previous experience
• Requires physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Prepares surfaces for painting
• Cleans and maintains equipment
• Inspects completed work and corrects defects

Responsibilities

• Production spray operations, involving powder painting of manufactured products requiring standard finishes
• May perform additional duties as assigned
