Job summary

Generac is seeking a Paint Support worker in Wisconsin to safely perform all aspects of paint operations. Shift: 5:30am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday with overtime on Fridays. You will load and unload parts, maintain a clean work area, follow procedures, and support paint line quality.

Responsibilities include Level I/II duties, line setting, and coordination with material handlers and maintenance. A high school diploma or equivalent and experience with powder paint systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience with powder paint systems.

Responsibilities

• Comply with the company/site safety rules.
• Maintain clean work environment.
• Follow and complete the supervised established procedures, processes, and policies.
• Efficiently load (hang) and unload raw parts from the paint line.
• Knowledge and understanding of the impacts of quality.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• All Level I responsibilities.
• Line setting.
• Understanding of packaged parts.
• Communicates with material handlers and maintenance.
• Complete supervised maintenance activities.
