Job summary

Basin Holdings is seeking a Painter for our Easley, SC facility to perform powder coating and painting duties on steel racks. The role involves prepping, mixing, and applying paint with electrostatic spray equipment to achieve correct color and thickness while adhering to quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have powder coat experience and be able to maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Powder coat experience preferred.
• Experience with paint prep and mixing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepping and mixing paint to meet quality standards.
• Paint with correct color and thickness to meet quality standards.
• Powder coat paint and bake to correct color and thickness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during painting.
• Paint steel racks using electrostatic spray equipment.
• Maintain strict attention to detail to ensure proper color and thickness.
• Keep the work area clean and follow 5S daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
