TOPS Staffing is hiring a Powder Coat Painter for a company in Glenshaw, PA. You'll work in an environmentally controlled paint room, applying high-quality powder coatings to castings and stampings while ensuring quality standards.

The night shift runs 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Sunday – Wednesday, with pay of $19–$21 per hour based on experience. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to stand 8 hours, lift 50+ pounds, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.

• Prior experience with powder coating processes a plus.
• Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts onto the conveyor line.
• Mask and unmask parts according to process sheets.
• Spray off debris from parts as they move through the line.
• Inspect parts carefully for defects.
• Load finished parts onto pallets for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company regulations.
