Job summary

TOPS Staffing is hiring a Powder Coat Painter for a position in Glenshaw, PA. Night shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM. You will apply powder coatings to castings and stampings in an environmentally controlled paint room.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to stand all night, lift 50+ pounds, and work quickly while maintaining quality. Prior powder coating experience is a plus, and you’ll join a dynamic team with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours a day.
• Capable of lifting 50+ pounds.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with powder coating processes a plus.
• Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts onto the conveyor line.
• Mask and unmask parts according to process sheets.
• Spray off debris from parts as they move through the line.
• Inspect parts carefully for defects.
• Load finished parts onto pallets for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company regulations.
