Job summary

Monroe Truck Equipment in Monroe, WI, seeks a Powder Coat Painter for the 2nd shift (3pm–1:30am, Mon–Thu). Load powder boxes, couple hoses to spray nozzles, adjust spraying pressure, and coat parts to specification.

You’ll regulate coating temperatures, move finished items to drying racks, and perform part preparation with chemicals and hand tools. This is a full-time position with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 55 lbs unassisted.
• Ability to use a crane, tugger, hoists and forklifts
• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to read and execute instructions as found on blueprints and job instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

Responsibilities

• Pour 55 pound powder boxes into reservoir of machine.

Shift: 2nd; 3pm-1:30am, Monday - Thursday

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Pour 55 pound powder boxes into reservoir of machine.
• Couple hoses to spray nozzles.
• Moves sleeve on nozzles to attain specified spraying pressure and turns thumbscrew to direct nozzles toward articles or materials to be coated.
• Regulates temperature of coating solution.
• Removes article and or materials from conveyor belt and places articles or materials in drying racks or containers.
• Paints parts
• Parts preparation with the use of chemicals and hand tools.

Qualification and Skills:
