Job summary

Generac Power Systems in Oshkosh, WI is hiring a Painter I for weekend nights (Saturday-Monday, 5:00 PM–5:00 AM). You will safely load, hang, and coat parts on the paint line, following established procedures and safety rules to produce ready-to-use components.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years of experience; you should be detail-oriented, good at teamwork, and able to communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Loading, transferring, and unloading of parts on and/or from paint line.
• Process each part by hanging/racking to paint application.
• Inspect quality of parts before and after finishing process.
• Perform work duties in a safe manner and in accordance with policy (including wearing required proper PPE).
• Constantly work in a high heat environment.
• Inspect quality of parts before and after finishing process.
• Exchange and break down racks and prepare for burn-off.
• Maintain proper counts.
• Report all scrap.
• Perform stock handling duties as required.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
