Accelevation is seeking a Powder Coat Painter I for the 3rd shift at our Miamisburg, OH facility. You will prepare and apply powder coat finishes to metal parts, operate electrostatic spraying equipment, and ensure coatings meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial painting or a related field preferred, powder coat experience a plus
• Working knowledge of materials handling and basic mechanical concepts
• Familiarity with different paint types, finishes, and coating techniques
• Experience with powder coat spraying equipment preferred
• Ability to read and understand work orders and production instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Your Impact
As an Industrial Powder Coat Painter I, you will ensure metal components receive consistent, high-quality powder coat finishes that meet specification and safety standards. Your work directly impacts product durability, appearance, and customer satisfaction.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Employees must be able to talk and hear and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
