Job summary

Workplace Modular Systems, located in Londonderry, NH, is seeking a Powder Coat Technician to apply a durable finish to metal parts and support the paint line. You will load parts onto the conveyor, manage color changes, and inspect finished components for quality and conformance to order specs.

The ideal candidate learns quickly, pays close attention to detail, and works well in a team-driven environment while following safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; training provided for manufacturing roles.
• Ability to follow work orders accurately and maintain pace in a fast-moving environment.
• Attention to detail to catch quality issues before downstream processing.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Load parts onto the paint conveyor and hang them on appropriate hooks.
• Apply powder coating and manage color changes as needed.
• Inspect painted parts for quality and packaging per order specifications.
• Read and follow work orders to ensure correct parts, finishes, and quantities.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with PPE requirements.
• Cross-train and support other areas as production priorities require.
