Multilink is seeking a Powder Coating Technician to apply powder coatings to parts according to supervisor instructions. You will ensure proper color and follow the correct process, while maintaining a clean powder room and equipment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a safety-conscious approach. Other duties as assigned by management, with a strong attendance record and ability to adapt to changes in procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent may be required.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively implement or respond to change.
• Understand and support company policies and procedures.
• Safety conscious behavior.
• Excellent attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Powder coat parts per instruction from supervisor.
• Ensure correct color is used per instructions from supervisor.
• Apply powder to parts in the correct process.
• Keep the powder room clean and replace filters as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision.
