Job summary

Gunnebo Group in Ohio seeks a Powder Coating Line Supervisor to lead daily powder coating and paint line operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. You will supervise, train, and schedule the coating team to achieve production goals while maintaining process controls, equipment health, and regulatory compliance.

Knowledge of electrostatic application and pretreatment, plus experience with automated equipment, is required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of industrial finishing or powder coating experience with prior leadership.
• Knowledge of electrostatic application, pretreatment processes, and automated equipment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Sage, computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and schedule the coating team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished parts, monitor coating thickness and adhesion, and fix defects.
• Oversee equipment setup, calibration, and routine maintenance for spray booths and curing ovens.
• Enforce workplace safety rules and environmental regulations.
