Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of industrial finishing or powder coating experience with leadership.
• Knowledge of electrostatic application, pretreatment processes, and automated equipment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Experience with Sage, computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and schedule the coating team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished parts, monitor coating thickness and adhesion, and fix defects.
• Oversee equipment setup, calibration, and routine maintenance for spray booths and curing ovens.
• Enforce workplace safety rules and environmental regulations.
